Awards are kept in the original Japanese, exactly as the brewery reported them.
What is generated from the API
Bottle name, brewery, region, volume, alcohol, sweetness, aroma, awards, the brewery’s tasting note and its suggested retail price all come straight from the API — no interview with the brewery required. Sections the API does not yet carry (brewery story, rice variety, brewing water, food pairings, free tags) are simply absent here. We do not invent them.
